It is our mission to help gifted youth in Monterey County achieve their full potential in the arts by providing needed financial assistance and other arts resources.

COTA’s core commitment is to provide the ongoing support and encouragement to nurture gifted young people throughout each stage of their development from late elementary and middle school through high school and college.
