COTA has created the Arts Resource to provide students in Monterey County with a resource to help them develop their artistic talents. This lists organizations and agencies that promote, provide programs, and/or serve youth in arts education and development in Monterey County. The Harden Foundation felt the need for a youth arts resource database where families in Monterey County could go to identify arts programs and services available to their children. The Foundation provided a grant to COTA of Monterey County to develop that database and make it available on their web site.
