Provide ongoing support for future artists by becoming a member of COTA
Unless action is taken now that encourages future artists, the loss to the community in terms of cultural development and expression will be great and possibly irreversible. You can provide ongoing support for the County’s gifted youth by becoming a member of COTA.
A majority of major donors and grant making organizations do not give to individuals such as the gifted youth in the County. With arts programs in schools being cut drastically, if not eliminated altogether, there is no direct source to help the community’s gifted youth wishing to pursue their talents. COTA believes that by supporting and nurturing these young people today they can realize their dream and reach their full artistic potential.
Each year COTA serves approximately 40 students. Awards are distributed directly to the instructor or institution of the student who qualifies for COTA’s program. These awards help provide a diversity of low-income students to programs of local arts organizations. Thus, these awards not only benefit the student but also support local organizations to develop their programs. Download our Membership Brochure
The benefits of your support
Each COTA member helps the community’s youth pursue their talents in the arts. With your membership you will enjoy special events featuring students benefitting from your generosity and representing a wide range of artistic disciplines. You will receive regular communications from COTA so you can keep current with COTA activities and the accomplishments of its young artists.
